Peter and Anika Gattiker produce grass-fed beef on their farm in Telkwa, B.C. Their cows are raised naturally on pasture from spring until late fall. During the winter they are fed home-grown, pesticide- and fertilizer-free hay. The beef is free of antibiotics, growth hormones or other chemicals, and they do not feed any animal by-products.
Low stress handling and humane treatment result in quiet animals that are content to roam the pastures and eat what nature intended them to.
Beef is available by the side or by the quarter, as well as smaller amounts. All products are government inspected.
